Urgent loaners delivered within 4 hours anywhere in the Benelux. So not only during business hours but 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Loaner storage, staging & readiness
Secure storage in a controlled and verified environment , periodic function checks and battery care, firmware/config staging, cleaning/labeling, accessory kits, and asset tagging. Readiness reporting on request.

Single point of contact (EN/NL/FR/DE). Ticket triage, engineer scheduling, and courier booking with real-time status updates. 24/7 escalation by agreement.
Reporting & quality
